These Terms govern your access to and use of Loot Drops (the App), operated by Loot Drops (we, us, or our). By using the App, you confirm you are legally able to enter this agreement and agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Loot Drops relies on third-party sources for game and price information. We do not control and cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of third-party data.
Prices and availability can change quickly and may differ at checkout. Always verify final purchase terms directly with the store.
Loot Drops does not own third-party store listings and does not process purchases from those stores. Purchases happen on external platforms.
You agree not to misuse the App. For example, you must not:
Loot Drops, including our branding, software, and original content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos, and game artwork remain property of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

The App is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of third-party data shown in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your local jurisdiction and the jurisdiction in which Loot Drops operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussions.
